The HWS outdoor unit is equipped with the new highly efficient Toshiba Twin Rotary DC Inverter compressors and is connected to the indoor (hydraulic) unit with cooling pipes.
In the XWH indoor unit, which includes a Freon – water exchanger, circulator, K.D.D, but also emergency electrical resistances, water at a temperature of 40-55oC for heating and 10-25oC for cooling is produced, with which under-floor installations are selectively supplied , Fan Coils, Low Temperature Heaters, Boiler Z.N.X. or combinations thereof.
Controls and settings are made through the special controller / thermostat.
We can also use boiler Z.N.X. Triple energy in combination with solar panels, while if there is a boiler, it can be used instead of electric resistances to deal with periods with very low temperatures.
In cases of large installations, it is recommended to use several ESTIA systems that operate independently per floor. The goal is to build facilities that operate with the highest possible degree of efficiency throughout the year.
