INDUSTRIAL HEADS
The split type burners consist of separate parts, i.e. the combustion head, the fan, the electronic control panel, the preheating assembly, if it is fuel oil burning, and the gas line (gastrain) for gas burners (F.A or LPG), or the mixed (alternating) combustion burners.
1. Series RIELLO T.I.
This is the well-known and acclaimed series of models with full analog operation available in five (5) types (T.I. 10 – 11 -12 – 13 – 14) with low emissions (Co, NOx, SO2) of power from 1 to 2 MW.
The available models cover all types of fuel: fuel oil, gas (LPG or LPG), diesel as well as a combination of these (mixed combustion).
2. RIELLO ER series
RIELLO ER series burners are new generation industrial burners, with particularly low emissions (Co, NOx, SO2) for cleaner combustion, fully proportional operation.
The burners are ignited by a gas pilot burner.
Preheated combustion air, up to 2500 C, can also be used for additional fuel savings.
The ER series is available in six (6) power types from 2.5 to 32 MW.
Special combustion applications, with a high degree of efficiency, are achieved with this series of burners for various power levels and for all types of fuel: oil, fuel oil, natural gas or LPG as well as a combination of these – mixed combustion.
INDUSTRIAL BURNERS
1. RIELLO MODUBLOC series
Industrial burners of the RIELLO MODUBLOC series are the integration of analog industrial burners in a single system (monobloc). They are suitable to suit any industrial combustion applications.
The development of this new type of burners was based on the most advanced research and design techniques, adopting technologies that until now were only applied to high power thermal installations. They are considered the most ideal application, in order to achieve energy savings combined with perfect combustion.
The adjustment of the position of the air damper, in relation to the fuel supply, is done by means of a microprocessor. They also have an exhaust gas analyzer.
Finally, there is the possibility of handling it, via a computer.
The MODUBLOC series is available in four (4) types of power from 4 to 10 MW, for combustion: oil, fuel oil, gas (LPG or LPG) or a combination thereof.
The industrial burners of these series, and depending on the fuel with which they operate, are manufactured according to the following European standards:
